It’s a little too early to tell how this will affect my arthritis, but then again, I haven’t had any flare-ups since I started taking this, so maybe it’s working already. I did like the capsules. So often supplements gag you when you open the bottle. This has a nice, light cinnamon scent which makes it easier to take.
