I have been taking this because finding a daily green that is gluten free is hard. I haven't necessarily noticed a huge difference but I am taking it because I've done a bunch of research on spirulina. I will update again if anything changes.

I got these for my husband. He is diabetic and has celiac disease. I wanted him to take something that would boost his nutrition intake without eating too much. These seem like a good choice. They arrived quickly ( I love amazon prime) and they are easy to take. Plus, you only have to take one a day. I have been taking them also. They just sound like they a really healthy suupement. We haven’t had any bad side effects like burping or upset stomach or anything. I got this product at a reduced rate in exchange for an honest review.

I was excited to try spirulina after hearing about it’s benefits on a podcast. This is a good product that appears to be of high quality. I think I’m starting to notice some positive health effects from this, but with a product like this you can’t tell for sure. Spirulina is one of the most potent superfoods out there because of its complement of amino acids, vitamins, omega 3 acids, and antioxidants. I’ve heard that they give this to infants who can’t drink milk and its the only thing that they can use for food, and the babies do very well on it. It’s probably an indication that its a good food to eat and that it’s a good addition to a healthy regimen.

The capsules are medium sized and I don’t find them hard to swallow at all. The product has the same smell and color of other spirulina supplements I’ve seen, and the seller claims its made in the USA with safety protocols to prevent any toxic substances from getting into the spirulina, which is encouraging. I received this item at a discount for an honest review.

These arrived quickly and after ordering I received and email from the seller with the e-book attached. The e-book is very informative and helpful. I purchased these in a quest to live/eat healthier and the Spirulina Capsules provide nutrients that were missing in my diet. I've also found the e-book to be very helpful as it includes helpful information and meal and snack suggestions for weight loss, detox, anti-aging, and building muscle. It also lists foods/ingredients that you should always avoid. It is well done and I'm learning more about what I eat and how it effects the body.

I have been taking spirulina for about 3 months now. It does make me feel good knowing that I'm getting healthier.
I love this Alice Foods Spirulina Capsules because you need only to take 1 capsules for 500mg. With freshthyme brand spirulina pills and earthrise brand spirulina I have to take 6 pills to get 500mg.
It is easier to swallow. the only thing that I would like to add to Alice food brand spirulina is adding the supplement facts on the bottle like the freshthyme and earthrise brands. Thank you for choosing me to received this discounted product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
I would definitely buy spirulina from Alice Foods again when I finish with this bottle
