It's a little too early to tell how this will affect my arthritis, but then again, I haven't had any flare-ups since I started taking this, so maybe it's working already. I did like the capsules. So often supplements gag you when you open the bottle. This has a nice, light cinnamon scent which makes it easier to take.

In the past I used a similar product to help with weight loss. Of course, it’s not a miracle vitamin and proper diet and exercise are needed, but it does seem to help! I received this item at a reduced price for my honest and unbiased review.
