The first night I took them, I immediately felt a difference and slept much better. The next day my mood was elevated as well. However after a few days I no longer felt a difference, and actually became a bit moodier compared to normal. I’ve decided to only take them every so often to see if it still works. I wouldn’t recommend for everyday use, but it may work once a month or every few weeks. The first result was wonderful, unfortunately the results didn’t last.

I think it does “work” I had a rather stressful week, but I retained clarity. I forgot to take it two different nights over the last 8 days, and I think it is working a little at making me feel more calm, but it could be the placebo. I will continue to try and remember to take it each night before bedtime. For the price of two lattes at fivebucks, you can own a month of calmness.
